Yamel Maynard has been a licensed Realtor® since 2002 and brings more than two decades of experience in residential and commercial real estate. She holds a degree in Business from California State University, Northridge and is also a Certified Coach, with nearly five years of experience mentoring and developing real estate professionals. Throughout her career, she has served as a commercial real estate agent, property manager, Sales Manager of a 250+ agent office at Keller Williams Realty World Media Center in Burbank, and a broker associate and team leader.

Rob Maynard, a native Angeleno, began his real estate career in 2016 and studied business with an emphasis in marketing at California State University, Northridge. In his first year, he was recognized as Rookie of the Year for the Keller Williams Southern California region, a reflection of his strong work ethic and results-driven approach. His background in business development, marketing strategy, and client service allows him to create effective marketing and negotiation strategies for his clients.
